Program Description

gema health provides appointment reminder and booking communication services via SMS text messages on behalf of participating healthcare clinics. By opting in, you agree to receive the following types of messages:

• Appointment reminder messages (typically sent 24 hours before your appointment)
• Booking confirmation messages
• Responses to your text message inquiries about appointments
• Cancellation and rescheduling confirmations

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Typically, you will receive 1-2 messages per scheduled appointment (a reminder and a confirmation). You may receive additional messages if you initiate a text conversation with the booking assistant.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging fees apply to all messages sent and received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from this program.
