What's a gema Credit?
A credit is 5 cents. Your plan includes a monthly pool of them, and everything gema does for you — AI calls and chats, every email, text and portal message — draws from it. Front Desk's 6,000 credits cover about 200 minutes of AI calls, or 200 AI conversations, or any mix.
Go past your credits and nothing stops and nothing upgrades itself: extra credits are 5 cents each — $1.50 an AI call minute — billed with your next monthly invoice. Nothing to prepay.

ROI
Someone has to answer the phone.
A clinic whose phone gema answers 200 times a month, at about 3.4 minutes a call billed by the started minute, uses about 780 AI minutes: the 200 that come with gema Front Desk, and about 580 more billed with your monthly invoice. Here is what that costs next to the person you would otherwise hire to answer them.
between gema Front Desk at about $1,169 a month for 200 calls and a part-time receptionist at about $2,400 — and gema does not stop at 5pm.
